Michael Soucik has resigned as non-executive chair of Global Gold Holdings. The company has appointed Benjamin Cooper as chair and Harry Fung non-executive director.
West Perth-based Global Gold Holdings Ltd has performed strongly in its debut on the Australian Securities Exchange, closing up 35 per cent on its offer price.
