Novotel Perth Murray Street developed as part of Singaporean developer Fragrance Group's NV Apartments development, until Accor announced that Novotel would be the operator.
Featuring side-by-side towers, Novotel Perth Murray Street offers inner city living with one side being a striking city hotel with ground floor eatery and drink establishments, and the other a 401-apartment building featuring 280 one-bedroom apartments, 71 two-bedroom apartments, and 50 studios.
Novotel Perth Murray Street will be partially opened in December 2019 and is expected to be fully operational by the first quarter of 2020.
