Software technology company LiveTiles has had a tough first day of trading on the ASX, after completing a reverse takeover of Perth-based Modun Resources.
Mongolia-focused miner Tian Poh Resources has announced plans to buy a thermal coal project from Modun Resources for $US2.21 million ($A3 million) and undertake a capital raising to fund the acquisition.
Modun Resources stocks rose today after the Perth-based coal explorer announced a maiden 489 million tonne JORC-compliant resource at its flagship Nuurst coal project in Mongolia.
