Minerva Foods is a Brazilian agribusiness and one of Brazil's largest beef producers. In 2021, Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company bought a minority stake in the Minerva Foods Australia joint venture for $US35 million. Minerva Foods Australia acquired two WA abattoirs later that year.
