The McGovern Foundation is a registered Western Australian charity that aims to enable independence and create opportunities for individuals without means by removing the barriers that stop people from obtaining their driver’s licence.
Founded by Andrew and Jeremy McGovern in 2021, the foundation provides mentoring and supervised driving through its Wanderer Program.
As of 2026, it provides its service to individuals in Perth, the Goldfields, Katanning, Narrogin and Albany.
