Mainsheet was a leading provider of corporate consulting and corporate advisory services primarily to complex and asset intensive industries. Additionally Mainsheet selectively co-invested in private equity backed transactions which we originated and/ or were engaged to evaluate. Key clients included BHPB, Downer EDI, Amcor, Xstrata, Toll Transport, BAE Systems, Walter Constructions Group, WDS Limited, Helmsman, Advent, Champ, Pala, RMB Venture, Equity Partners, Hawkesbridge. <br> <br>
Mainsheet was acquired by PwC Australia in May 2009.
