Kimberley Mining is a Canadian vehicle which Perth-based Metalicity announced plans to vend its Admiral Bay, Napier Range and Emanuel Range zinc assets into in 2018.
Kimberley Mining is currently pursuing a TSXV listing, with acquisition of Metalicity's zinc assets contingent upon a successful IPO. Post-IPO, it is intended that Metalicity will hold 40% of Kimberley Mining.
