Hayes Knight is a federation of independent accounting firms represented by nine progressive offices in capital city locations across Australia and in Auckland, New Zealand. In 2007, Grant Thornton's practice in Western Australia led by Geoff Kidd switched to WHK Horwath. In 2010, Hayes Knight became part of the WHK Horwath network. The network changed its name to Crowe Horwath in 2012. As of 1 May 2015, Hayes Knight (WA) has been acquired by KPMG.
