GoviEx Uranium Inc. was a Canada-based company focused on exploring and developing uranium properties in Africa, primarily the Muntanga project in Zambia and Madauela project in Niger.
As of November 2025, GoviEx completed a merger with Tombador Iron to become a wholly-owned subsidiary of a new entity, Atomic Eagle Ltd (listed on the ASX), aiming to advance its Zambian assets.
