Galane Gold is a Canadian, unhedged gold producer and explorer with mining operations and exploration tenements in the Republic of Botswana and South Africa.
In 2018 Galane announced plans to acquire the Andy Well project in Western Australia.
Galane Gold began trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange Venture Board in September 2011 after completing the acquisition of Gallery Gold from IAMGOLD in August 2011. Gallery Gold was the 100% owner of Mupane Gold Mining, a Botswana company that has been producing gold from the Mupane operation since 2005.
In November 2015 Galane acquired Galaxy Gold a South African company that is currently being rehabilitated with a target to recommence production in Q4 2016.
