Fairway Energy Limited is an unlisted public company that was incorporated in November 2017. Its board of directors includes Wayne McGrath and Chris Rowe. In September 2018 Target Energy divested its Fairway project to FEL in a deal whereby FEL shares were issued to Target's noteholders to extinguish debts and accrued interest.
