In March 2019 Centennial Mining appointed administrators, and in August 2019 the company was delisted from the ASX following failure to pay its annual listing fee.
A1 Consolidated Gold was incorporated for the purpose of entering into an agreement to acquire 100% ownership of the A1 Gold Project. Since incorporation it has also secured a further two mineral tenements in the Woods Point – Walhalla Goldfield located in north eastern Victoria. In December 2016, the company changed its name to Centennial Mining.
