Bronson Group is an Australian public company which has been listed on the Official List of the ASX since May 1987. BGR was placed into voluntary administration in June 2016. The company was recapitalised by way of a DOCA in June 2017. In April 2019 Bronson Group announced plans to acquire Focus Exploration Pty Ltd, which owns a gold exploration project in the Northern Territory, and relist as Mandrake Resources in a reverse takeover deal.
