In 2007 Averna Homes first opened its doors with four staff members and a desire to approach designing and building of luxury homes differently to its competitors.
Within 18 months of being established, Averna Homes was awarded two 2009 Master Builder’s Housing Excellence Awards for the Best Contract Home and 2009 Best New Builder.
In 2022, Averna Homes won the Housing Industry Association's Australian Outdoor Project for a home which also won HIA WA’s Home Of The Year in 2021.
