Australian Institute of Conveyancers WA Division

The Australian Institute of Conveyancers WA Division (AICWA) is the peak industry body supporting settlement agents and representing the conveyancing industry in Western Australia. It is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers, and also has affiliations with the New Zealand Society of Conveyancers..

AICWA’s goal is to advance the profession of conveyancing in WA and is committed to best practice, ethical standards and appropriate service standards, upheld by a Code of Conduct for over 250 members across the State. AICWA works closely with Landgate, the Office of State Revenue and the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety to ensure benefits for both the conveyancing profession and its consumers.
