The Federal Budget has drawn a pointed response from WA Treasurer Rita Saffioti, who said the move to rein in NDIS spending risked shifting the burden onto states, as she welcomed new housing and tax policies.
A Supreme Court judge has slammed Victor Goh for failing to show up to hearings but gave the property developer one final chance before an arrest warrant is executed.
Mr Goh is entangled in SRG Global’s dispute with D & C Corporation, over an alleged multi-million-dollar debt.
The Malaysian developer, who is behind several projects on Elizabeth Quay, was called to appear for a means inquiry on May 5, as part of SRG’s action against D & C.
The court was told Mr Goh was involved with D & C in the matters leading up to the dispute.
