The planned $15 million sale of the SeaLink Rottnest ferry service to the owner of the competing Rottnest Express service has been cancelled after coming under ACCC scrutiny.
An Applecross residential block – described as the “final undeveloped parcel on Duncraig Road” with views of the Swan River and Perth city – has been sold for $11.7 million.
Spanning 1,500 square metres, the land on Duncraig Road comprises a 450sqm home built in 1993 and was advertised by Hartanto Properties as having scope for a “landmark residence or premium investment”.
RP Data shows Concetta Nicoletti-Lewins purchased the property in Perth’s south from Fouad Falaki.
