Gina Rinehart sells Dalkeith block for $9.4m
Gina Rinehart has sold a block of riverfront land next to the Hancock family mansion in Dalkeith for $9.4 million, after years of listing the site going on and off the market.
Property records show the Franco family acquired the 1,600-square metre vacant site on Victoria Avenue, adding it to their other five Dalkeith assets in March.
Having bought the block for $7.85 million in 2011 through the entity 156 Investments from Rosanna De Campo, RP Data shows Ms Rinehart listed the site in 2015, 2024, 2025 and again this year.
