Fleetwood Corporation director Greg Tate exercised 79,999 options earlier this month to acquire shares at a cost of $6.60 each, bringing his total stake in the caravan maker to 6.8 million shares worth $79.8 million. Despite posting a $24.4 million interim profit in February, Fleetwood’s share price has plunged in recent weeks, trading at a low of $10.42 on March 16. When contacted by the ASX, the company was unable to explain the sudden drop in the share price.
Sierra Mining executive director Johannes Raadsma has exercised his options in the gold and copper explorer, acquiring 1 million shares at 6.1 cents each to raise his total stake in the company to 3 million shares worth $930,062. The company, whose shares are currently trading at 31 cents each, is involved in highly prospective exploration in Papua New Guinea in addition to several key advanced projects in the Philippines.
