ST Quentins retirement village in Swanbourne remains empty more than five months since it was first taken off the market.
The development is owned by Sydney-based Arton Retirement Villages, which manages more than 500 retirement units around Australia.
It’s understood an architect has looked over the development, however Arton manager Paul Vrisakis denied there were any problems with the building.
Mr Vrisakis said the company would be making a couple of major announcements in about two weeks’ time, however he was unable to discuss any of the details.
Local architect John Silbert & Associates designed the 54-apartment development.
The two and three-bedroom apartments were originally put on the market for between $320,000 and $420,000.
