Wyllie Group chairman Lee Verios will chair property developer Port Bouvard as part of a restructure that has seen the appointment of joint chief executives, Matthew Perrott and John Wroth.
As part of moves to maximize opportunities in WA, Mr Verios will take over from Michael Perrott, who together with director Rick Crabb, has decided to retire from the board to pursue outside personal and business interests.
Mr Verios, a partner at law firm Deacons, will be joined by Stephen Court, who has been appointed non-executive director.
Meantime, a review to find a replacement for outgoing managing director Ross Neumann has found internal candidates Messrs Wroth and Perrott best placed to lead the company.
The pair have accepted the position of joint chief executive officers, which is effective immediately.
