Directors Richard Monti and Geoff Brayshaw have been given a combined $30,450 worth of Poseidon Nickel shares in lieu of directors fees, as approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting. Both directors now hold 486,211 shares out of 160 million securities on issue. Woodside chief executive Don Voelte has spent $7,555 purchasing shares in the oil and gas company over the holiday period. His shareholding in the company is worth some $2.6 million. Director David McEvoy bought $161,039 worth of Woodside shares, bringing his stake to 6,749 shares, up from 4,185.
