McGinty to exit Freo seat at election

Shadow attorney general Jim McGinty has confirmed he will not be re-contesting his seat of Fremantle at the next election.

However a spokesperson told WA Business News Mr McGinty will not be quitting politics.

Mr McGinty has held the seat of Fremantle since 1990.
