The Company announces that in relation to the pro-rata non-renounceable rights issue made under the offer document as per the announcement on 19 September 2007 that acceptances were received for a total of 9,985,254 shares raising a total of $1,997,050.80. This left a shortfall of 2,280,938 shares. The total number of shares to be issued will be 9,985,254 together with 9,985,254 options to acquire shares exercisable at 20 cents at any time on or before 5.00pm WST on 31 December 2009.
The holding statements will be dispatched on 13 November 2007.
