Perth-based Integrated Legal Holdings Ltd has acquired the legal practice of Shayne Leslie - a former consultant to its subsidiary Talbot Olivier - in a cash and scrip issue.
Mr Leslie's practice, which is to be merged into Talbot Olivier, is expected to generate revenues in excess of $3 million and earnings before interest and tax in excess of $1.3m over a three year period, ILH has announced.

The Board of Integrated Legal Holdings Limited (ASX: IAW) ("Integrated") is pleased to announce that an agreement has been executed to acquire the legal practice of Shayne Leslie.
This marks the Integrated group's second acquisition of a legal practice since listing on 17th August 2007.
This new acquisition will be merged into the existing practice of Integrated's wholly owned subsidiary Talbot Olivier. This acquisition promotes the Integrated business strategy which encourages acquired practices to enhance their own growth aspirations via the acquisition of complementary practices.
It is expected that the acquisition of Mr Leslie's practice will generate revenues in excess of $3m and EBIT in excess of $1.3m over a three year period.
The consideration for the purchase is a combination of cash and shares. The cash component will be funded from group working capital. The share component is payable progressively over three years, subject to performance criteria being met.
Mr Leslie graduated from UWA Law School in 1982. He completed articles with Lavan & Walsh, which later merged to become Lavan Solomon and then Phillips Fox. Mr Leslie worked in the commercial litigation/dispute resolution division of Phillips Fox for 14 years; nine years as a partner. He joined Wilson & Atkinson in May 1997 and was appointed partner in 1999 heading the Commercial Litigation Division. On 30 June 2007 Mr Leslie left the Wilson & Atkinson partnership, while retaining the commercial litigation client base of Wilson & Atkinson. Mr Leslie has worked as a consultant at Talbot Olivier since 1 July 2007.
Mr Leslie practises exclusively in commercial litigation both as a solicitor and as a barrister in the District, Supreme and Federal Courts and in arbitration and tribunals. He has a broad practice and experience in all areas of commercial litigation including contract disputes, property, banking and finance, corporate law, construction, trade
practices legislation, intellectual property and general civil and commercial litigation. Mr Leslie is also a trained LEADR mediator.
