Painter Emma Bain has won the top state prize at the National Association of Women in Construction awards.
Ms Bain received the Western Australia Crystal Vision award for her commitment to advancing and furthering the interests of women in construction in WA.
NAWIC WA president Hayley McBride said Ms Bain had worked tirelessly to promote women in the industry throughout her career.
"Emma is leading the way for women in construction related trade, she is a trailblazer for her generation and a most deserving winner," Ms McBride said.
The award adds to a growing list of accolades for Ms Bain, who in 2012 also won the Master Painters Association apprentice of the year prize, Polytechnic West's apprentice of the year and was also a finalist in the WA Training Awards apprentice of the year prizes.
