A large recycling property in Landsdale is one of nine properties up for grabs in the sale of distressed assets from private developer WMR Group, which is in the hands of receivers and managers from Ferrier Hodgson.
CBRE has been appointed as the exclusive selling agent for the portfolio, which includes CMA Group’s recycling facility at 338 Gnangara Road, Landsdale.
The remainder of the portfolio includes three properties in Victoria, two in New South Wales, two in Tasmania and one in South Australia.
Six of the assets are leased to CMA Group, and three are to be sold with vacant possession, CBRE’s Graham Hemingway said.
“The strong lease profile and the price range of the assets will be of significant appeal to the private investor market, with the individual assets valued at between circa $500,000 and $11 million,” Mr Hemingway said.
All but one of the properties will be offered to the market through an expressions of interest campaign.
