LISTED engineering company RCR Tomlinson has expanded its heat treatment business with the conditional purchase of Jandakot firm Austheat for $3.3 million.
Managing director John Linden said Austheat’s mobile site-based service would complement RCR’s existing workshop-based heat treatment service.
To fund the purchase and provide extra working capital, RCR is planning a $4 million capital raising through broking firm Hartleys.
The capital raising will be split equally between a placement and a share purchase plan.
