On Sunday November 2 to Wednesday November 5 the Australian Institute of Management is running a forum titled Executive Forum 5 – Leadership, Corporate Culture, Strategy, at the Novotel Vines Resort.
The workshop will bring together two of the world’s finest facilitators and business thinkers, Professor David Collis from Harvard Business School and Professor Jeffrey Sonnenfeld from Yale University.
Participants will experience these two outstanding business thinkers working together to present the state-of-the-art in contemporary knowledge and practice in organisational success.
During the forum Professor Collis will share the most current knowledge on strategy and competitive advantage and Professor Sonnenfeld will explore the powerful influence exerted by the senior executive team on organisational success which makes their development and succession essential areas of focus.
A variety of learning styles will be utilised during the forum including lecture sessions, case analysis, peer discussions, syndicate work and debate which will ensure a lively and exhilarating program.
