Sam Atkins (left) will assume the role of general manager of trading. This role includes responsibilities to the UK and Europe. Mr Atkins has held several positions with BRL Hardy and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
David Cumming (centre) has been appointed sales manager and will take control of sales of brands in Australia and New Zealand. He formerly held the role of marketing manager of the Normans and NXG brands. Mr Cummings has worked for the Rothbury Saltram Group and Southcorp. He is equipped with a Bachelor of Business.
In other changes, Kelly Renouf (right) steps in as group marketing manager, overseeing all brands. Ms Renouf was previously sales and marketing manager of the Xanadu brands. Ms Renouf previously worked for Grolsch where she was involved in brand development, sales and distribution. She has completed an English degree, majoring in journalism.
The appointments follow a series of acquisitions by Xanadu Wines Ltd. In October 2001, the business purchased the key premium brands, business name and Clarendon winery of 150-year-old South Australian wine producer Normans Wines.
Xanadu also purchased South Australia’s Next Generation Wines in July 2002.
