Working Systems shift

INTERNET business Working Systems Solutions is moving its head office to Melbourne.

Company CEO Mathew Cherian said the move had been forced by business realities. “We need to be closer to our market. All of our customers are in Melbourne and otherwise it means I have to spend half my life in planes flying back and forth,” he said.

The company is in the process of moving into its new offices.

It already has a Melbourne office, in Hawthorn. However, the company’s Perth office will remain open.

Mr Cherian said only he and the company’s chief financial officer, Deborah Ambrosini, would be moving across to Melbourne. He said the company had not decided whether it would keep its ASX listing through Perth.
