Subiaco-based rent-roll specialist Wentworth Mutual Ltd has extended its acquisition strategy by branching into travel, acquiring Queensland travel agency, Cruise & Travel Pty Ltd.
C&T are a specialist travel group who focus on luxury cruises and holiday packages and has been operating for 15 years.
WWM executive director Kingsley Lamont said that the travel industry was a conduit for its business.
"The attraction is the ability to market and promote our four and five star management rights properties to our emerging client base of property owners and shareholders through the travel business" he said.
C&T director Sandy Murray said that joining WWM would allow it to take the next step in not only growing the travel business but also in servicing the group's needs as it continues to grow.
The C&T team will relocate to the recently acquired Wentworth Gold Coast office in Surfers Paradise.
Ms Murray will continue to oversee the operation and has also been appointed as a director and general manager of Wentworth Real Estate.

Wentworth Mutual Ltd (WWM) the listed property management group has extended their
acquisition strategy by acquiring Queensland based travel agency, Cruise & Travel Pty
Ltd (C&T).
C&T are a specialist travel group who focus on luxury cruises and holiday packages and
have been operating for 15 years.
The Director of C&T, Ms Sandy Murray is said to be excited by the new venture with
WWM. "Joining the WWM team will allow us to take the next step in not only growing
the travel business but also in servicing the Group's needs as it continues to grow," she
