Water alliance signed

THE WA Water Corporation, Clough Engineering and Kinhill have signed an alliance agreement for the delivery of the Woodman Point Environmental Enhancement project.

The project involves turning the existing wastewater treatment plant from primary treatment to advanced secondary treatment.

Its capacity will be increased from 100 megalitres a day to 160 megalitres a day to cater for Perth’s growing population in its southern corridor.

Alliance contracting originates from the North Sea oil and gas industry. It is a break from traditional construction industry contracting methods.
