WRF buys in at Henley Brook

LISTED funds management group WRF Securities has exercised an option to acquire more than 40 hectares in the Henley Brook region. The land will be developed into approximately 400 lots and will be marketed under the ‘WRF Lifestyle’ brand, with WRF Property Division managing the project. The development will be offered to retail investors through a product disclosure statement, expected to be available late September.WRF managing director Owen Lennie said Perth was chosen as the location of the group’s first residential subdivision under the WRF Lifestyle banner for a variety of reasons, including demographics, availability of suitable land and the group’s local knowledge. “The signs are all good for Perth, and we see the Henley Brook development as just the first of a number of outstanding opportunities to be marketed under our WRF Lifestyle banner,” he said.
