Vanderfield is expanding

VANDERFIELD Machinery has recently expanded their equipment operations into northern Australia as part of their commitment to meeting the needs of farming and grounds-care customers.

With a strong history in the agricultural sector, the company has been appointed John Deere dealer for the Kimberley region and the whole of the Northern Territory.

The company unofficially opened their Kununurra branch in March this year and an additional branch in Darwin in late May.

Managing director Bruce Vandersee said the company has moved into northern Australia in the belief that the second stage of the Ord River development will go ahead in the near future and that other areas of cropping will emerge due to the vast water resources.

He added that he is excited about the broad range of crops grown in NT and is impressed with the professionalism and technological expertise of the growers.

The company has had its own aircraft for many years, enabling fast service and support to northern Australia.
