US laid open in seminar

A SEMINAR on 7 October will give WA information technology entrepreneurs information on how to break into North America.

The event, presented in partnership by Austrade and the Department of Commerce and Trade covers a range of topics from start-up and funding to acquisitions.

Speakers include seed stage venture financing firm garage.com president Bill Reichert, boutique investment bank founding partner Erik Ott and online and IT industries specialist legal firm Britton Silberman and Cervantez partner Tom Cervantez.

The seminar costs $50 per person and registrations close on 1 October.
