The announcement is below:
Tox Free Solutions is pleased to announce that Kimberley Waste Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tox Free Solutions, has successfully retained a number of local government waste management contracts across the East and West Kimberley regions of Western Australia.
These fixed term contracts extend over eight years and are expected to contribute in excess of $15m to the group in addition to delivering a solid platform for further growth in the region.
Tox Free has adopted a parallel development strategy focusing on accretive acquisition supported by organic growth through tender success. The group has a great track record of successfully and quickly integrating acquisitions and award of these contracts, coupled with award of the Woodside Energy waste management contract at Karratha, demonstrates the business strategy is gaining momentum.
We look forward to announcing further good news in the near future.
