This week, Reiwa members reported an increase in weekly sales to 680. The rise in overall sales by 37 per cent over the week is attributed to a 34 per cent increase in sales for houses, 56 per cent for units and 37 per cent for land.

Total properties listed for sale reported a marginal decrease of 2 per cent over the week after remaining fairly stable over the past few weeks.
Listings for houses and units both recorded a 2 per cent decrease, while land listings decreased by 1 per cent. The total number of listings recorded this week is 2 per cent lower than four weeks ago but is 5 per cent higher compared with the same time last year.
Turning to the rental market, Reiwa members reported total properties available for rent increased marginally by 1 per cent over the week to 10,259.
However, this is 5 per cent higher than levels seen four weeks ago and 43 per cent higher than the same time last year.
