Twenty-two inspiring business women have been recognised as finalists in the 2007 Telstra Western Australian Business Women's Awards.
The Telstra Business Women's Awards were introduced in 1995 and celebrate the dedication and commitment of women in business across Western Australia, and around the country.
Telstra Group Managing Director and Telstra Business Women's Awards Ambassador, Ms Holly Kramer, said this year's Awards have identified another fantastic group of inspirational women in Western Australia.
"It's an honour for Telstra to host these Awards which recognise the valuable contribution women make to business across Australia," Ms Kramer said.
"The Telstra Business Women's Awards offer women the chance to step into the limelight and receive due recognition. We congratulate all of this year's finalists on their achievements."

Yellow™ Business Owner Award (for owners with a 50 per cent share or more in a business, with responsibility for key management decision making):

Australian Government Business Innovation Award (for women who are using innovation to commercialise new products and/or services. This is open to eligible business owners, private sector employees and entrepreneurs):

Winners in the 2007 Telstra Western Australian Business Women's Awards will be announced on Tuesday 16 October, 2007 at Burswood Entertainment Complex.
Overall winners from each state and territory are eligible to be named 2007 Telstra Australian Business Woman of the Year. All category winners progress on to the national finals being held on Saturday 10 November 2007, where they are eligible to win the national Award in their category.
