The jury is yet to reach a verdict on Mr Sayers and Mr Bartlett.
It is alleged that Mr Sayers and Mr Bartlett conspired with former Barminco director and associate Trevor Thomson to cause a loss to the Commonwealth over a $7 million plus false interest scheme.
The jury is set to resume its deliberations on Monday.
