TNG founder Neil Biddle has announced he is stepping down after nearly ten years at the vanadium miner, to be replaced by FAR Limited founding chairman Michael Evans.
The company said Mr Evans was a highly skilled and experienced executive whose experience in financial and corporate matters would be a strong addition to its board.
Managing director Paul Burton paid tribute to Mr Biddle, who oversaw the transformation of TNG from its predecessor, Hallmark Gold, in 2004.
"We are also delighted to welcome Michael Evans to the board as a non-executive director," Mr Burton said.
"His skills and experience will provide valuable assistance as we move forward with the financing and development of our world-class Mount Peake vanadium project and to progress exploration of our emerging Mount Hardy copper project."
Mr Biddle will immediately join Pilbara Minerals, as a non executive director, alongside fellow new addition Tony Leibowitz.
Victor Rudano resigned as a Pilbara Minerals non-executive director on May 30.
Pilbara Minerals said Messrs Biddle and Leibowitz would bring a wealth of relative expertise and greatly assist the company.
At close of trade, TNG shares were up 3.3 per cent, at 6.2 cents, while Pilbara Minerals shares were steady at 2.4 cents.
