Streeter disposes $4m Fox Resources shares

Fox Resources Ltd non-executive director Terry Streeter decreased his indirect interest in the company through the disposal a total of 4 million shares worth over $4 million on July 2 and 3 in an on market trade.

Terry Streeter's interest in the company now stands just under $15 million shares held through Jungle Creek Gold Mines Pty Ltd valued at $14.7 million at today's share price and 1 million unlisted options at $1.

In the same period, Fox Resources managing director Donovan Harper acquired 51,726 shares worth $38,794 on the day of announcement through an on market trade and independent director Geoffrey Clifford acquired 40,000 shares valued at $38,200 on the day of announcement, through a conversion of options.
