Stratatel to raise $2.2m

West Perth based software solution company, Stratatel Ltd, has placed over 27 million full paid ordinary shares on offer in an effort to raise nearly $2.2 million.

Funds raised from the 27,062,500 shares will be used to acquire the assets of Phoneware Communications Systems, in an effort to provide additional working capital for the company.
