Society and the law – A question of justice
Annaliza Jackson & Associates is holding a breakfast and panel discussion on the topic of ‘Society and the law’, November 30 at the WA Club. Questions raised and to be discussed by the panel include: How does the WA community feel about the continuing injustices occurring in our state? And what are the responsibilities of WA’s leaders and the rights and responsibilities of citizens? The panel will consist of: Gningala Yarran-Clanton – workshop facilitator with the Sexual Assault Referral Centre WA and WAPOL assistant in training Aboriginal police liaison officers; Maria Saraceni – president, Law Society WA and director, Law Council; Glen Kelly – CEO, South West Aboriginal Land and Sea Council WA; and Todd Shand – head of Wray & Associates chemical technology group.
