Smith, Last to leave as ITC de-lists

James Smith and Ken Last have resigned from the board of Integrated Tree Cropping Ltd, ahead of the company's de-listing this afternoon.

ITC will be acquired by Futuris subsidiary Hatmore Pty Ltd, following an off-market bid that gave Hatmore a 93 per cent interest in the company.

Messrs Neville Smith and Last's resignations coincide with the imminent delisting of the company.
