Sandvik achieves more than 90% of SDS Corp

Swedish company Sandvik Group's subsidiary Sandvik Mining and Construction Australia Pty Ltd has today gained over 92 per cent voting power in Canning Vale-based equipment manufacturer SDS Corporation Ltd.
