Balcatta-based software developer ST Synergy Ltd has acquired the right to invest a further $2.5 million in neighbouring microphotonics developer PanoramaLabs Pty Ltd, boosting its shareholding to 39.25 per cent.
Balcatta-based software developer ST Synergy Ltd has acquired the right to invest a further $2.5 million in neighbouring microphotonics developer PanoramaLabs Pty Ltd, boosting its shareholding to 39.25 per cent.
The company announced it has invested a further $842,400 in the company earlier this morning.
Synergy, chaired by Joondalup accounting firm Athans & Taylor senior partner John Athans, has invested $5 million in the company over the past two years.
A statement issued by the company said that the board would continue to pursue additional investment opportunities with PanoramaLabs, which develops technology to direct light on a microscopic scale, for use in telecommunications devices.
