ST Synergy to boost PanoramaLabs shareholding to 39.25%

Balcatta-based software developer ST Synergy Ltd has acquired the right to invest a further $2.5 million in neighbouring microphotonics developer PanoramaLabs Pty Ltd, boosting its shareholding to 39.25 per cent.
