Roger Rees new Clough deputy chair

Engineering company Clough has today appointed Murray & Roberts director Roger Rees as its deputy chairman.

Mr Rees has been a non-executive director at Clough since August 2007, and has been the group finance director of South African-based Murray & Roberts, which is a shareholder in Clough.

Clough also announced today that Nigel Harvey has been appointed to the board as a director.

Mr Harvey takes over from John Cooper, who resigned earlier this year.

Mr Harvey has been managing director of Murray & Roberts Contractors (Middle East) since 2004, and is also a part of the Murray & Roberts executive committee.
