Repcol founder Di Prinzio resigns from board

Peter Di Prinzio, the founder of Subiaco-based debt collection agency Repcol Ltd, has resigned from the board ahead of a shareholder vote to sell the main assets of the troubled company to US-based Cargill Inc for under $5 million.

Mr Di Prinzio incorporated the company in 1973.

Repcol Limited announces that Non Executive Director, Peter Di Prinzio, and Alternate Director, Adam Di Prinzio, have resigned from the Board effective today.

The Board of Directors thanks Peter and Adam for their contribution to Repcol.
