Planning and Infrastructure Minister Alannah MacTiernan has put out the call for registrations of interest from business and industry seeking to become part of the Latitude 32 industrial zone.
Part of the Hope Valley Wattleup redevelopment project, interested parties can log on to the project website, through the Landcorp page.

Registrations of Interest are being sought from business and industry interested in becoming part of what will ultimately be Western Australia's largest industrial zone - Latitude 32.
Planning and Infrastructure Minister Alannah MacTiernan said the ROI would help LandCorp design the first 35ha of the overall 1,400ha industry zone to meet specific industry requirements.
"Latitude 32 will provide industrial land for the State's growth for years to come and we need to make sure it caters for all types of industry and businesses," Ms MacTiernan said.
"The ROI is an online survey which will allow us to determine the optimum lot design and size, as well as to the infrastructure required for the initial development area."
Although the survey did not guarantee provision of a lot or an obligation to purchase, the Minister urged interested future buyers to participate, saying the information received - which would remain confidential - was vital for planning the landmark industrial zone.
When launching the vision for Latitude 32 in December last year, Ms MacTiernan said the industrial zone would change the face of industry in WA.
"Strategically located in the south-west metropolitan corridor, Latitude 32 will be a world-class development and a cornerstone for industry in Perth," she said.
"The industry zone will accommodate clean, smart industrial and commercial activities, with an emphasis on high quality appearance and low environmental impacts."
The Minister said Latitude 32 would be a prime location for commerce and industry, with access to high quality road and rail systems and integrated with the Fremantle Port, Cockburn Sound, the Kwinana Industrial Area, the Australian Marine Complex at Henderson and East Rockingham Industrial Park.
Developed as part of the Hope Valley Wattleup redevelopment project master plan, Latitude 32 was expected to generate about 10,000 new jobs in the long-term future.
